LUNCH - This is the weekend for The Georgia National Jr. Livestock Show so
there will be food vendors set up out on the grounds and the Restaurant
will
be open.
REGISTRAR - There will be at a registrar available to register your rabbits. Bring pedigrees, current ARBA membership card, and $6.00 per rabbit if you want your animals registered.

The show room will be open from 3 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. on Friday and will re-open at 7:00 a.m. EST Saturday, February 20. You can check in on Friday or after 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

The National ARBA Convention for 2010 will be held in Minneapolis, MN November 7-11, 2010
SHOW RULES
1. This show will be governed by the latest rules of the ARBA. Filing of entries indicates acceptance of our show rules.
2. Neither the GSRCA or Georgia National Fairgrounds will be responsible for loss in case of fire, theft or accident. All precautions will be taken for a safe show. All entries are entered and shown at the risk of the owners and while the GSRCA and Georgia National Fairgrounds are expected to exercise all reasonable care in the handling and protection of the exhibits, such associations will in no case be liable.
3. No substitutions will be allowed except in the same breed, variety, sex and class. Any other changes will be charged a late entry fee as if entering a new rabbit, and the original entry will still be charged as if scratched.
4. All rabbits and cavies must be permanently and legibly ear marked.
5. GSRCA reserves the right to add, change, or substitute judges as the need may arise.
6. Any exhibitor indicating ownership, harassing or interfering with a judge (or a writer) will be disqualified and forfeit all fees and winnings. No exhibitor will be allowed behind the judging tables, unless acting in an official capacity, which must be approved by the show superintendent or show secretary.
7. .Once an animal is entered, you will be charged $3.50 entry fee per animal per entry. If you scratch an animal or do not bring the animals that you originally entered, you will be charged a service fee of $3.50 per animal per entry.
8. The show will start promptly at 8:30 A.M. EST and we will not hold the show for late arrivals. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
9. Rabbits and cavies must be in leakproof carriers/cages.
10. Show management are compelled to refuse entry to show room and to remove from the same, all diseased or unsightly animals. All entry fees on such animals shall be forfeited.
11. This is a no comment card show - we will be using control sheets only at the judges table.
12. No dogs (except guide dogs) will be allowed in the show room.
13. Each parent is accountable for the actions and/or conduct of their child/children at the show site. If any damages occur, you will be financially responsible for the repair or replacement of the damages.
14. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE AT THE JUDGING TABLES other than those approved by the show secretary – Unapproved changes may result in your animal being disqualified by the secretary after the show.
15. No rabbits under 8 weeks of age will be allowed on the show premises.
16. No sales of any rabbits or cavies will be allowed by anyone not showing rabbits or cavies. Any exhibitor wishing to sell anything other than rabbits or cavies must pay a vendor fee and must receive permission BEFORE the show.
17. Animals may not be entered in shows that are running simultaneously. Example: Open Show 1 and Youth Show 1 run at the same time – the same rabbit may not be entered in both Open and Youth Show 1.
18. As a member of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, the GSRCA reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within the past 60 days of the entry deadline.
